Procedure:

Fst panasa ku boli karidebe.. Then gingr garlic paste, cornflour, all d masala(haldi,chilly,zeera,dhania powder), salt, besan and little watr..batter ready kariki panasa ku chanidebe.. (raw panasa b chanihaba).. Then pan re oil, chopped ginger,garlic, and green chilii pakeiki fry karibe.. Then onion and capsicum pakeiki fry karibe.. onion pink heigala pare salt pakeibe.. Then panasa pakeidebe.. Then black pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce pakeiki mix karibe.. Then alpa t k warm watr add karibe.. Then garam masala pakeiki gas off karidebe. Heigala chilly panasa..
