Chingudi sukhua ghanta by Sudeshna Patnaik

ଚିଙ୍ଗୁଡି ଶୁଖୁଆ ଘାଣ୍ଟ

Ingredients:
Take all ghanta required vegetables like
1. potato(ଆଳୁ), onion(ପିଆଜ), brinjal(ବାଇଗଣ), arvi(ସାରୁ), pumpkin(କଖାରୁ ), tomato(ଟମାଟୋ)
2. ginger garlic paste (ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)

Procedure:
1. Take oil put onion, fry it till it turns brown then add ginger garlic paste stir well.
2. Then add tomato, turmeric, chilli and salt powder cook till tomato become tender and leaves oil.
3. Then add mixed veggies , add water and allow it to boil.
Mean while clean dry shrimp, fry in oil.
4. After vegetables cook properly add these fried dry shrimps, coriander leaves and garam masala. Cook for some 5 minutes.
Your chingudi sukhua ghanta is ready now..Serve hot with Rice.
