Dahi Ambula Khata Recipe

Ingredients

ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ

go Ambula(dry mango)/ ସୁଖିଲା ଅମ୍ବ – 6-7 pieces
Mustard Paste/ ବଟା ସୋରୀଷ – 2 tsp of
Red Chillis/ ନାଲି ଲଙ୍କା – 3
Punch Phutan/ ପଞ୍ଚ ଫୁଟଣ – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves/ ଭ୍ରୁଶୁଙ୍ଗା ପତ୍ର – 9-10
Oil/ ତେଲ – 2 tsp
Grated Ginger/ ଅଦା ବଟା – 1/2 tsp
Grated Mango Ginger/ ଅମ୍ବକସିଆ ଅଦା ବଟା – 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut/ ବଟା ନଡିଆ – 3 tsp
Jeera and Red Chilli powder/ ଜୀରା ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ – 1-2 tsp
Sugar/ଚିନୀ – 3 tsp
Yogurt/ମିଠା ଦହୀ – 1 cup
Salt/ଲୁଣ – (as per taste)/ସ୍ଵାଦ ଅନୁଯାଇ

Procedure:

ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ :

1. Soak the ambula(dry mango) in water for 2 hr.
2. Take a kadai, heat oil, then add red chilli and punch phutan in to it.
4. When it starts spluttering then add grated ginger.
5. Then add soaked dry mango into it.
6. After 2-3 minutes add mustard paste into it & put some water.
7. After 1-2 minutes add little sugar into it.
8. Then add some salt & keep the flame in seem.Leave it for 15 minutes.
9. Then add grated coconut, red chilli and Jeera powder into it and leave it for 2-3 mins.
10. Then add curd & mango ginger, mix it well.
Now Dahi Ambula Khata is ready.
