Ladies finger, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, fennel seeds powder, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly, oil, salt, curd.
Cut the ladies finger in two pieces
Heat some oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and 1 pinch of hing powder,
Now add some curry leaves and long cut green chilly
Fry it then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, add with some water and fry it 3 minutes
Now add the ladies finger and some salt of your taste fry it 5 minutes
Now add 2 cups of curd into the pan
Now add 1tbsp of fennel seeds powder mix well and cover it.
Cook it 7to8 minutes on low flame. Then serve it.
