Fried Chicken by Jolly Bisoyi kitchen of odisha.
1. All purpose flour
Mix the flour and water together
and knead it to a soft dough….
For stuffing :
1. Minced Chicken
2. Finely chopped Onion
3. Finely chopped Garlic
4. Refined Oil
6 . Black Pepper
Mix all the ingredients ( minced chicken, chopped garlic , chopped onion, black pepper, refined oil) mix it. Add salt to taste….fry for some time….
For Chutney :
2. Garlic Cloves
3. Red chillies
4. Black Pepper
In a frying pan add oil fry a little aĺl ingredients except salt then blend all the ingredients now add salt… The authentic momo chutney is ready.
Procedure for momo :
Take small portions from the dough and then roll them into small round shape , add the stuffings in the centre and fold them tightly as per ur desired shape .Once all the momos are ready with stuffings steam them for 20 minutes in a momo steamer.
Chicken Momos are now ready, serve them with chutney.
For fried momos deep fry after steaming.
