Home made Tandoori Chicken with Pudina Chutney by Manasi Senapati
Take chicken leg pieces and Put 2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste. Add some lemon juice to the chicken pieces.
Ingredients for marination: Curd, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, little oil, cumin powder and coriander powder.
Add all these ingredients to the chicken and marinate it properly. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take some oil in a non-stick pan and cover the chicken with a lid till it is cooked. Place a grilling net over medium flame and grill the marinated chicken pieces.
Take some pudina leaves, salt to taste, green chillies and some curd in a mixer and mix it properly to prepare a tasty green pudina chutney.
