Idli recipe by Leena Manoj Satanami

Best yummy food sath me healthy bhi oats and poha idli,guguni less oil curry,and dhaniya tomato chana dal chutney. Slurp slurp light and yummy.

Idli recipe

One cup poha
And one cup oats
2cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup idli rava
Eno
Salt.

Method

Soak poha and oats in butter milk about 3 min .
Tyen make a paste of it then take out on a bowl.
Now add idli rava and water to it then mix it properly . u can keep tjis for fermentation for over nyt or can keep for 3 hours .
Then add salt and eno mix it.
Now apply ghee or oil on idli mould pour the batter then steam it till its cook .
