Besan -250 grams
Maida -25 gram
Oil for moen -one table spoon
Mava -100 grams
Suji -25 grams
Dry fruits -kismis,
cashew nuts, badam, pista
Caster Sugger -1/2 cup ( as like sweetness )
Sugar for chasni -one bowl
Choti elaiechi -2
Oil for fry
Salt -a pinch
First mix salt in besan and meda and oil. Mixed it very well.
. Rest it for two hours.
Now make stuffing. Heat a pan. Dry roast suji. Now heat another pan add mava roast golden add dry fruits add crushed choti elaechi add caster sugar and roast suji. Fry it and mixed it properly. Cooked it two minutes. Switch off gas.
Now make gujiya one by one each colour. Stuff mava mixed.
Heat a pan add oil. Deep fry gujiya in medium flame.
Make chasni with sugar.
Now pore gujiya in chasni.
Now garnish it with mava mixed and pista.
