1. magura fish
2. masala(sorisa bata- mustard seeds,cumin, garlic,onion & green chilies)
3. tamato
4. dry mango
5. turmeric powder
6. oil
7. salt to taste
8. Black cumin

click Preparation:

1. Fry the fish pieces (marinade with salt & turmeric).keep aside.
2. Masala- make a paste of mustard seeds,cumin, garlic,onion & green chilies.
3. Add oil in the pan ,sparkle some black cumins and add tomato, fry until tomato gets soft ..
4. Add the masala paste .fry for sometime ,add water as per ur required consistency with salt ,turmeric and piece of dry mango. Leave it for 5 minutes.
5. Then add fried fish and cook for another 5 mints. Now tangy yummy fish curry is ready to it.
