Mava gulab jamun Odia Recipe by Krishna Banerji Shona

Ingredients

Mava -200 grams
Maida -50 grams
Choti eleaechi powder -1/4 tsp
Sugar -250 grams
Rosted cashew nuts
Baking powder -a pinch
Ghee for fry

Method

First mixed baking powder in maida. Add choti eleaechi powder.
Rub mava very well. Mix maida mixture. Make a dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.
Now heat a pan add two water and sugar. Make a one drop sugar sirap. Add eleaechi powder.
Now heat a kadahi add ghee. Make ball with mixer dough. Press and stuff chopped almond and pistachio. Make ball. In this way make all. Now fry all in ghee. Dip in sugar sirap.
Garnished with roasted cashew nuts
