Methi dal healthy bhi yummy bhi.
Methi leaf 3 cup chopped
Dal one cup
Ginger 1/2 inc
Dry chilli 3
Curry leaf 5
Hing 2 pinch
Tomato 1 1/2 cup
Chopped methi leaf and wash it,soak one cup dal in a bowl, now crush ginger gaelic in motar and pastel,
In a cooker add oil ,add dry chilli,jeera and sarson, after it spluter add hing and crusjed ginger garlic,curry leaf,fry quickly,
Now add methi leaf and soaked drain dal,
Now fry quickly add tomato.
Add haldi and salt fry for 10 sec yhen add 3 cup water then cover the lid give 3 whitsle. Its ready.
