Palak sambar south Indian food by Leena Manoj Satanami

Palak sambar south Indian food by Leena Manoj Satanami. Me and my mom crave for south Indian food so i plan to make it healthier by adding spinach in it .. So prepare palak sambar for lunch.

Ingredients

Boil dal 3 cup
Onion big chunks
Tomato 3
Spinach 3 cup chopped
Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Sarson 1tsp
Chilli dried 5
Curry leaf
Hing 1/2tsp
Haldi
Salt as per tst
Sambar pwdr 4tsp
Oil fr tempwr
Tamerind pulp 4tbs

Method

In a kadhai add oil, then add methi ,sarson,chilli,hing,and curry leaf then add onion fry till 2mins.
Now add tomatoes then fry till its get cooked,
Add haldi,sambar pwdr.
Fry for 10sec then add spinach when spinach lv water add boil dal along with salt and tamarind pulp. Boil it for 2 min then serve hot.
