Grated onion
Cut in cubed jackfruit
Ginger garlic fine mashed
Jeera pwdr 1tsp
Dhaniya pwdr 1tsp
Chilli pwdr 1/2 tsp
Haldi pwdr
Salt as per tst
Tomatoes
Elichi,laung,dalchini grind
Method
Cut jackfruit and boil for 2 min then drain hot water,
Now in a kadhai add sarson ka tel,
Add tej patta then add gratted onion,and gg fine grate.
Add sugar pinch for colour.
Fry till brown colour comes.
Add all dry masala fry for 2 min,
Add chopped tomatoes.
Add boiled jackfruit add salt fry till 5 min,
Add coriander leaf again fry till 10 mina asd cup water simmer the flame,
Add garam masala then check thw thick consistency then switch off the
