Poha Cutlet or Chuda Cutlet Odia Recipe Nandita jagadev.

Ingredients:

Poha/Chuda
Water
Salt
Jira Gunda
Sugar
Ginger
Onion
Garlic
Cumin(Jira)
Coriander(Dhania)
Curry Leaf(bhrusunga Patra)
Flour(Besana)
Oil
Chili powder

Method:

Take Poha/Chuda. Mix water little sugar, salt and make chuda dough. Make it the shape like Bada or your desired shape.

In another pot Take Besana, water, salt, Cumin powder, sliced onion, ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon. Put the shaped Chuda/poha into Flour mix and then put in heat oil. After brown color remove it and serve with sauce.
