Poi saga posto kassa by Leena Manoj Satanami

Procedure:

1. Cut the poi saga along with one o baigan,one tomato and keep it a side.
2. Cut potatoes and slice of onion.
3. Now make a paste of 1 1/2 tbsp posto,1tbsp mustard seed(sorisa) ,1tbsp cumin(jeera), 5 cloves(labanga), lehsun(garlic),green chilli(kancha lanka) and dry red chilli(sukhila lanka).
4. Now in a kadhai add mustard oil.
5. Now add 1/2 tbsp panch phoron.
6. Now add onion and potatoes fry till onion chng it colour to slight brown,
7. Add poi,baigan(brinjal), tomatoes and add haldi powder ,salt 1/2 TSP sugar .
8. Give a quick fry. Fry till tomatoes get cooked.
Now add paste fry till 2 min and it’s ready..
