Reciepe of sambalpuri dahi ambilaa by Sonali Mohapatra

Reciepe of sambalpuri dahi ambilaa.

Ingredients….

1.Vegetables needed.-radish,okara(bhindi),pumpkin (yellow and ripen),yam(kachhu/saaru).
2.curd
3.besan/rice flour1tbs
4.dried mango(ambula)
5.haldi powder1/2tsp
6.salt to taste
Ingrediants for chhonk..pamchforan,curry leaves lehsun,dried chilli,pinch of hing.

Method..

First of all wash and cut the veggies in big pieces.
N.P-Some veggies may be used as wish but yellow pumpkin,bhindi,radish must be put in it.
Boil the veggies in two cups of water put salt to taste and haldi powder in it.Let the veggies halfboiled .Take half a cup of thik and sour dahi bit properly .put rice flour/besan and half cup water again bit properly as no lumps should be there pour it in half boild veggies.if dahi us not sour then put dried mango(ambula)and tomato to get sourness.Let all the ingredients boil properly put some dhania patta and half tsp of suga.Then take the vessel frm d flame and put another kadai yo prepare chhonk.Put 11/2tsp of oil .put crushed lehsun,panch foran,curry leaves,dried chillis,pinch of hing.Let all ingredients fried properly put the chhonk into the prepared ambilaa and cover the vessel.Here is ready the Delicious Sambalpuri Ambila.
