Ingredients

Besan -400 grams

Nimbu -3
Baking powder -1/4 tsp
Baking soda -1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil -one tbs
Mustard seeds -one tsp
Metha neem
Salt according to taste
Fried green chili
Sugar -one table spoon

Method

First take besan Add1/2 tsp sugar. One tsp vegetable oil one Lemmon juice. Add salt bakiing powder and baking soda. Make a smooth flowing better.divide it. In One part mix orange colour. In one part mix green colour. Other leave white . Now grease a baking pot with oil. . Set your microwave on micro mode. 900 degree temperature. 7 minutes. Start button.

Now ready tadka.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds metha neem. Add one cup water. Now add sugar and one lemon juice. After two minutes it is ready.
Now tiranga dhokla is ready. Pored tadka in it. After 5 minutes cut and serve with green chili.
