Sunday biriyani with tomato onion chicken salan for biriyani by Leena Manoj Satanami kitchen of odisha.
Marinate half kg chicken with ,one cup curd,1tbsp dhaniya pwdr,1 tbsp kasuri methi, 2tbsp ginger garlic paste,haldi powder,chilli powdr,salt and lime juice and keep it in fridge for one hour.
Now in a cooker add oil and add all Gota garam masala along with sahi jeera.
Now add thin slice jeera and chilly.
Fry till onion gets brown colour .
Now add chicken marination fry till 10 min add rice I added simple rice rather then basmati .
Then fry till 2 min , add salt,biriyani masala,fresh mint ,gulab jal and add water 1:2 and give 1 whitsle .tada it’s ready .
