Sweet Berry pickle:(mitha koli achar)


Sun dried berries r perfect for pickle..
In a kadai first dry roast d masala such as dried red chilly-5 no. , fennel seeds-1tablespoon, jeera-1tspn, coriander powder-1tspn.. Then grind it as powder…
Then in a wide kadai melt d gur(jagery) then add berries, mix them property. (Ratio of gur n berry is 1kg each)
Add a lil salt to it..
Then add d powdered masala n mix well…
At the end, switch off the gas and let this cool a bit. Then pour it into a jar…
