Yummy Paneer khurma without onion and garlic by Prabhati Sahoo
RECIPE OF PANEER KHURMA Ingredients :
Paneer- 250 gm
Tomato- 2 no.s
Cashew (broken)- 4 tbsp.
Red chilly powder
Kitchen king masala
Salt to taste.
Cut paneer pieces in cube shape.
Grind tomato, cashew, ginger to make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan , add some sugar to it and then pour masala into it fry it for 2 mins in medium flame.
Add red chilli powder, haldi, kitchen king masala, kasuri methi, Garam masala.
When the aroma comes out of the masala., add the paneer cubes and a cup of milk.
Boil it for some time and add a teaspoon butter and cream to it.
Serve hot with Roti or rice.
